Steph Birch is the founder of Derbyshire-based Birch Strategic Services, where she provides fractional COO support to businesses seeking operational clarity and sustainable growth. With over eight years of board-level experience across a variety of sectors, she understands the challenges of scaling from multiple perspectives. In addition to her consulting work, Steph owns two retail businesses, giving her firsthand insight into the realities of running and growing a company.
Her expertise spans all areas of business operations, from financial fitness and compliance to technology, risk management, and people strategy. Rather than offering surface-level consulting, Steph and her team work hands-on with businesses, ensuring that strategies are not just well-designed but also effectively implemented. Her team holds AMP qualifications, ISO 27001 certifications, and Lean Sigma Green Belt certifications - bringing a structured, data-driven approach to operational improvement.
