FULL BIOGRAPHY
Phil embarked on his career in accountancy by training with a small firm in Cardiff to achieve his ACA Qualification, and remained with them for a few years after qualifying, gaining valuable knowledge and experience.
With a passion for business, Phil decided to leave the accountancy practice and work directly in that field. This further enhanced his skills and experience and with a growing reputation Phil was in demand globally for his expertise. He worked in China, Hong Kong, the Netherlands and America, where he set up a manufacturing and worldwide distribution plant, with hubs in Rotterdam and Dallas.
Phil then returned to Practice as a much more rounded professional and gained valuable experience in the day-to-day running of the business including dealing with the diverse challenges that working there presented. So, in 2010 Phil decided to put his wealth of experience to best use by setting up his own practice called No Nonsense Accountancy. Phil uses his skills to help business achieve their vision in an ever-changing business environment.
