Paul has worked globally across all business sectors, delivering training and development initiatives as well as strategic advisory services in negotiation, sales and leadership. 

Paul has been fortunate enough to experience and lead teams embodying a ‘one team’ approach. Advocating and empowering people to be innovative, creative and build a trusting environment to engender accountability and integrity at all levels of business.

Paul has a high level background in Senior Commercial Management specialising in Negotiation. Paul has worked within business development, client management and procurement teams as a board member.

Paul has successfully attended Imperial College London Business School - Mergers and Acquisitions and subsequently advises and consults on M&A deals.
