Over the course of 9 months and approximately 20 visits, Jonesco collaborated with Mark Bond from End 2 End Support Solutions. We enlisted Mark's expertise to provide an external perspective on our manufacturing operations and to offer recommendations for improvement.

From our first meeting, following a shop floor tour with Paul Edwards, Mark quickly identified several challenges. He spoke honestly and openly about his observations, asking for our input on why these issues were occurring. This approach set the stage for a productive collaboration.

As an ex-business consultant with over 15 years’ experience and now 5 years as a business owner, I was always happy to use consultants in my business .
