Before founding Frank eXchange, John Hall spent over 15 years in sales and leadership roles with some of the industry's top corporate foreign exchange providers. Throughout his career, he observed a troubling trend: a significant number of new clients switched providers within their first year. The main culprit? Margin creep—clients were lured in with attractive initial rates, only to see markups quietly increase over time, eroding profits and trust.
Determined to change this, John launched Frank eXchange with a single guiding principle: TRANSPARENCY.
