Ian has spent the majority of his professional life leading business growth programmes, with a background in strategic marketing and corporate communications. Along the way, Ian worked for five international family offices, assisting and leading turnaround and turnkey business launches. He spent 10 years in the City of London. As well as leading projects with blue chips, including BP Oil, IBM, PWC
Ian established RHF after returning from the UAE, initially supporting early-stage tech companies during the dot-com boom, where he was asked to assist with funding as businesses scaled up. facilitating raises ranging from £500K to £30million. Additionally, Ian has successfully led turnaround programmes, recovering established classic SME's ahead of potential insolvency. This has included sectors: Cyber-Security, SaaS, Seed Production, Trade Associations, and Gaming.
In addition to his corporate activities, Ian has a portfolio of non-executive director (NED) roles. SME business mentor with several programmes in the UK, including Digital Boost, where he also runs masterclasses. Internationally, Ian is working with accelerators in Hong Kong and China.
