FULL BIOGRAPHY

Trained as an Electronics Engineer at GEC Avionics in a 4 year apprenticeship, Gary was always told off for talking... so he got a job in technical sales where he got paid to talk. He got head hunted from one job to another making more and more money... until one day, he realised that money wasn't everything.

In 1992 he was MD of an American Corporate earning £95K and didn't see his family, as he was always somewhere in Europe. At school he wanted to be a graphics designer, but his Dad said "there is no money in that arty farty stuff, get a real job", so he joined him at GEC and hated being number 78334.

Gary managed to get himself made redundant from Sun Microsystems when they gave away the Java Technology and started his own design/print business and hasn't looked back. He has gone full circle back to his 'first love, designing', but in fairness what he learned at GEC and technical selling have helped him to be the practical designer that he believes he is today.

As a grandad, he has now written a number of children's books, which he has now published at www.theangryelephant.co.uk, and to keep them entertained, he does puppets with Kevin & Lucy Adventures www.youtube.com/@KevinandLucyAdventures.

Since becoming a Born Again Christian in 1992 in a near-death experience in his RS Cosworth, he is grateful for each new day and hence tells people the truth about their current marketing materials, which isn't always received well. He just works with those that like to hear the truth and not tickle their ears.
